Our fleet includes a great fishing boat called ” Hammerhead “. The technical characteristics of this boat allow 12 people on board, but for safety reasons we restrict the number of fishermen to 6 people. Our fleet is produced specially for Tjongsfjord Lodge by a company called ALUTEC.

DESCRIPTION:
“Hammerhead” has a 250 hp outboard engine and is equipped with a bow thruster, 2 modern fish finders each and all necessary safety equipment.
Our LC-853 ” Hammerhead “ by Alutec was especially designed for us. It is based on a rescue boat hull with three independent air chambers. It is build with 6-8mm thick Aluminium plates and is reinforced where ever needed.
It has proven its durability and safety and is able to provide comfort and economy. The 250 hp Mercury is economical at a cruising speed of 10 knots but can deliver 25 knots continuously when needed. The cabin seats 6 people and offers dry storage for all the necessary gear for up to 6 anglers. The possibly to escape a short rain shower and not be wet for the rest of the day has prolonged many fishing trips of our clients by hours.
“Hammerhead” has a radio, life raft, satellite emergency transmitter and life wests/ flotation suits for everybody aboard.
