Welcome to Tjongsfjord Lodge! We’re delighted to have you here and want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and memorable as possible. Our beautiful lodge is your home during your visit to Norway, and we’ve prepared these friendly guidelines to help make your experience perfect.
We’re Here to Help!
Please let us know immediately if something isn’t working properly or gets broken during your stay. We genuinely want you to enjoy every moment here, and we can’t fix what we don’t know about! Whether it’s a dripping tap, a broken glass, or an appliance that’s not working – it happens, and we completely understand. The sooner you tell us, the faster we can make things right for you and ensure the next guests have the same wonderful experience.
We can’t stress this enough – communication is key!
Our goal is simple: Keep the lodge in excellent condition so everyone can enjoy their stay to the fullest.
Remember: We’re not looking to blame anyone – we just want to fix things quickly so you can enjoy your holiday! The worst thing you can do is not tell us, because then we can’t help you or the next guests.

- Treat our home as you would your own
- Feel free to rearrange furniture for your comfort – just return it to its original place before departure
- If you notice any stains or damage, please inform us right away
